I have seen multiple people post to go with appfolio for a larger portfolio over buildium, specifically have seen people say to go with it if your portfolio is 150 units+. Appfolio just took thousands from me via emails saying a payment was rejected for 12/2022, 1/2023, etc. We would love some recommendations from users of both! Can anyone confirm.
